Are you struggling to gain some traction to get your life moving forward, instead of staying stuck in the same place or looking backwards?  Or perhaps you need help to make a relationship work or be a better parent.  Whatever your concerns, I would be honored to assist you in finding your way through these obstacles so you can get back on track and be the person you are meant to be.  I offer a safe, nurturing, and problem-solving approach. I received my graduate degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Texas A&M University-Commerce in 2018. I began my counseling career as a clinical counselor at a local non-profit organization serving adults struggling with mental health and/or substance abuse concerns. The rich experiences I have worked in have helped me to gain experience working with a variety of clients and their needs. I was fortunate to be exposed to a variety of therapeutic techniques and tools, and to learn about available community resources for those in need. I believe in a caring, person-centered focus.  The focus of my practice now is to provide transformative therapy in a non-judging manner to adults age 18 and over. I have a passion for working with clients who struggle with trauma, PTSD, mood disorders, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and relationship issues.  Our sessions together are meant to help you grow and gain insight, with a supportive and educated therapist by your side.
