I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Professional Counselor, Supervisor in Louisiana and Nationally Certified Counselor with over 5 years of experience working as a counselor. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, family issues, identity issues, career challenges, and eating disorders. I also helped many people who have addictions to substances including heroin, pain pills, cocaine, methamphetamines, benzodiazepines, and alcohol, My counseling style is approachable and interactive. I believe the counseling process is one where we both work together to help you reach your goals. I believe in treating everyone with respect, care, compassion, and and I don’t believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach combines a variety of counseling styles to include solution-focused, person-centered, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness. Since therapy is about you, I tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
