Aloha! I am a licensed mental health counselor in Hawai’i with over 5 years of experience. I have worked with various clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, dual diagnoses, bipolar, PTSD, substance abuse, and psychotic disorders. I’ve also helped many individuals who have experienced grief, self-esteem issues, and emotional abuse. I believe in building rapport first and treating individuals with respect, compassion, and dignity. I am partnering with you on your journey to whether it’s healing, understanding yourself, or someone to process with. My approach is eclectic with a combination of client-centered, psychodynamic, gestalt, and cognitive-behavioral therapy. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. It’s not easy to acknowledge that you need help and to seek it, but it takes courage to do so.
