Hello! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 6 years of experience providing services to children, youth, adults, and families. I have experience providing mental health therapy services to clients experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma. Currently, I serve the underprivileged mental health community to develop coping skills, reduce symptoms and reducing crisis. I aim to assist each member with developing personal awareness of triggers and applying healthy coping skills to manage their reactions to triggers. Looking forward to meeting and getting to know you!
