I am licensed in Florida with 18 years of professional work experience. My training started in a psychiatric hospital and in community mental health before I opened my private practice. I am comfortable with all walks of life, interests, and preferences. Honoring the unique journey a client is on and sharing a moment is an incredible gift . Regardless of your reason for therapy, it starts and ends with the clients special walk. Using the modern understandings of the nervous system, mindfulness practices and cognitive behavioral therapy , insight and healing can take place. Areas include, intimacy issues, couples therapy, anger management, codependency, spirituality, sexual identity, self esteem, and confidence, & coping with life changes. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
