Charles Quinn

Hi, my name is Dr. Charles Quinn. I am a retired military soldier and a Licensed Professional Counselor. I served in the military for 25 years and have been in the field of counseling for over fifteen years. I have had great opportunities working with clients with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, grief and loss, past traumatic experiences, conflict resolution, self-injury, bullying, and others issues. The modalities that I incorporate include within my sessions are Cognitive-Behavioral, Dialectical Behavior, Emotion Focused, Solution-Focused, and Trust-Based Relational Intervention. It is important to meet the client where they are and tailor a specific program that addresses their unique concerns and needs. I practice from a perspective of compassion, acceptance, and building trust. It takes courage to journey through the counseling process, and I recognize the challenges of change. Psychotherapy can be very enlightening and rewarding. It is my mission that my clients feel safe, secure, not judged, and accepted as we begin to work together. I am committed to creating an environment that fosters truth without fear, security with safety, and hope in an otherwise hopeless situation. Let’s begin this journey together.
