I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 45 years of professional therapy experience in a variety of clinical settings. I have extensive experience and training in working with individuals who have experienced developmental or other traumatic experiences, as well as those who are adult children of addiction, and who are experiencing difficulty in adjusting to life’s many challenges. My many years of experience and training as a Medical Social Worker has provided me with an in depth understanding and expertise in Geriatric and end of life care. I’m a Certified Trauma Therapist with the Trauma and Stress Institute. am also a retired ordained minister and have provided clinical pastoral care throughout my years of active ministry and continue to do so when requested. I believe that you are the expert in your story. You are a survivor and resilient, and this provides you with many strengths that will assist you in your journey to recovery. I believe everyone deserves compassion, understanding and a safe place to be heard. It takes courage to take the first steps towards recovery. I am here to support and empower you in that journey.
