I am licensed in Missouri with 9 years of professional work experience. I specialize in DBT-Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. I help clients who struggle with “BIG” emotions and find it hard to regulate them. Most of my experience is with Borderline Personality Disorder as well as those who may struggle with stress, anxiety, anger management, motivation, self esteem-confidence, & bipolar disorder.
