Life’s joys and beautiful moments can be spectacular and fulfilling, just as life’s challenges can be overwhelming and heartbreaking. I am a mental health therapist licensed in the state of Nebraska and have spent over 20 years working with people in overcoming these roadblocks. I believe in the importance of the therapeutic relationship, and provide a comfortable, safe, and accepting environment. My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating people with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our dialogue and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. My therapy model is solution-focused, and centers on helping clients identify and develop problem-solving strategies for life’s difficulties by using their personal strengths and natural family network.
