I am Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas and Nevada with over 13 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping teenagers and adults with stress and anxiety, family conflicts, career difficulties, & depression. I have spent the last 10 years working with students and teenagers with behavior problems in and outside of the classroom. My approach is based on an environment that is empathetic, warm, and understanding. I specialize in anxiety, depression, excessive stress, career-related challenges, COVID-related mental health issues, grief, and parenting issues. I have also helped many teenagers and adults struggling with low motivation/self-esteem/confidence. I use an individualized approach based on the client’s needs, goals, and preferences. The therapies I use are solution-focused therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), client centered, and choice therapy. It takes courage to reach out for help.
