I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, interpersonal relationship issues, professional identity/imposter syndrome, career challenges , transitions and ADHD. I also have experience working with high-performance individuals struggling with work-life balance. My approach to therapy combines gestalt, person-centered, and solution-focused.
