I am licensed in Washington with 15 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse; specifically, those recovering from narcissist abuse, motivation, self-esteem, and confidence, & depression. My specialization and expertise is in working with women and women issues.
