I am a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University with a Master of Social Work Degree and a graduate of Radford University with a degree in Bachelors of Social Work. I received my certification as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in 2016 in Virginia, as well as a certification as a Certified Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC) in 2014, where I managed a substance use program for over four years. I opened my private practice, True To Self Counseling and Consulting in 2017, where I have been conducting outpatient sessions with a wide range of clientele. In addition to provide direct care to clients, I provide clinical supervision to others, who are looking to receive their LCSW certification. I am currently working on my Doctorate in Social Work at Tulane University, in hopes to graduate and continue to provide the highest level of clinical care to clients and assist with program development.
