Raising kids and having a family can be hard. Life can be hard. It can be even more challenging when you are experiencing life stressors and changes and feeling like you have no where to turn. Taking the first step to begin counseling and working towards a better tomorrow can be difficult, but I can help you to navigate through those emotions and barriers to begin taking charge of the life you want. I have experience working with adolescents in schools with learning and behavioral challenges (ex. ADHD), legal or delinquency concerns, and trauma. I’m also highly skilled in working with couples, co-parenting, divorce, and blended families. I can also help with adults experiencing legal issues, anxiety, depression, and relationship trauma. Remember, as the client you are in control of the goals you would like to achieve through counseling. I can also assist you with advocating and coordinating educational, financial, and community needs. I truly believe in working with individuals and all the systems affecting them to help bring balance back to their lives.
