My name is Camry Boudy and I am a licensed Professional Counselor. I’ve served children, families, couples, and individuals for over 5 years. My passion is in empowering others to realize that everything they need to be happy, healthy, and successful is already within them. My clinical experiences have provided me expertise in self-esteem building, stress management, coping with anxiety and depression, and navigating major life changes. I also have a wealth of experience with helping clients build the skills and boundaries to managing family conflict and navigate relationships. Personally, I love creating adventures with my small and growing family. I love restaurants and traveling to experience new cultures. I also enjoy the creative outlets of music, film and literature. I look forward to meeting you and guiding you on a path of self-love, self-discovery, and helping you create the space in your life to live as your most authentic and genuine self.
