I’m passionate about helping young adults, women, and the LGBTQ community learn how to cope with life transitions, strengthen relationships, or manage symptoms of anxiety, depression, or OCD. I’m experienced in working with individuals, families, and couples and also clients aged 13 and up. I utilize several modalities in therapy, including Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I enjoy helping people from a solution-oriented approach and teaching practical skills that clients can use on their own. It’s often helpful to view the problem in a new light by adjusting the way one thinks about the problem, whether it’s anxious thoughts, setting boundaries, or anything in between. I love helping clients build confidence in themselves as they learn what they are capable of. Often, simply learning how to shift their thinking can be a game changer. My goal is to encourage and support clients as they learn new ways of viewing the world, their relationships, and themselves.
