I am a counselor licensed in Louisiana with over 4 years of experience working with individuals, children, and families. I provide culturally competent care and specialize in anxiety, depression, transitional issues, trauma, grief, mood disorders, and child behavioral issues. My mission is to normalize therapy and destigmatize the labels associated with mental health. I believe that individuals are the experts in their lives.
