Hello! I am a licensed professional counselor in Pennsylvania with four years of experience in outpatient therapy and ten total years within the mental health field. I want to make it known that no matter what you are experiencing it is not too small or too big, because at the end of the day you are the only one in your mind/body experiencing whatever presenting problem you have and I am hear to help, guide, foster, and process with you. My counseling style is interactive, positive, and non-judgmental. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don’t believe in stigmatizing labels, your life is your life. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, client-centered, and psycho dynamic theories. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
