I am licensed in Tennessee with 12 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, relationships, time management/life skill building, motivation, self-esteem, and confidence, & depression. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey. Please be advised when scheduling appointments, that in order to have adequate time to discuss things during the session a 10-minute grace period is given for 30-minute sessions, and a 15-minute grace period is given for 45-minute therapy sessions. After this time, sessions will be marked as a no show and have to be rescheduled for another time. I look forward to working with each client but want to make sure that adequate time is given to address presenting concerns!
