I have I have a Master of Arts in Professional and School Counseling , and I am certified as a Psychological Examiner. I received my degree from Lindenwold University located in St. Charles, Missouri. The treatment approach I will use is based on the needs of the client. For instance, if we were working with distorted thinking we could use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, for anxiety we could consider Tapping and for trauma we could use Meditation. The goal of our therapeutic sessions is to provide you with tools to help you restore or improve your life and become independent.
