I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 25 years of experience in private practice. I am down to earth and pretty much laid back, with a great sense of humor. My approach is holistic, mindful and eclectic using cognitive behavioral and other therapeutic methods as needed. I have worked with clients of all ages and from all walks of life. I specialize in anxiety, depression, grief, relationship issues, self esteem, sexual abuse, domestic violence, parenting, life transitions, blended families, and many other issues that concern my clients. I work well with most people, regardless of their spiritual, religious beliefs or political beliefs. I am non-judgmental and do not criticize. I will be supportive and encouraging as you navigate this journey to feel better. I will use my intuitive nature and empathetic feelings to help you work through difficult times. I want you to know that you do not have to do this alone. I am here to be with you in that place and be sensitive to your needs and concerns. I will provide you with a safe place to explore your thoughts and feelings, and sort through whatever is on your mind.
