I am licensed in Texas with 4 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with ADHD, stress and anxiety, coping with grief and loss, parenting issues, & depression. Along with my experience, I have worked in education for 20 years with 9.5 of them being in High School and Elementary Counseling. I have been a High School Teacher, elementary teacher, and coached softball one year. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our dialogue and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage and I am proud of you for getting started! Thank you for the chance for me to learn your story. If there is a time not shown that you don’t see on my calendar, reach out to me and ask if I can meet you at that time! I can make arrangements some nights and it usually is more at the beginning of the week!
