As a humanistic therapist, I believe you already have what you need to heal right inside of you. My job is to help you tap into that to feel confident in yourself again. Sometimes we’ll need to process difficult experiences to understand the present moment. I won’t ever tell you what to do, but rather guide you to find that insight within yourself… sadness, anger, joy, doubt– whatever you’re feeling …it’s all welcome here. Other times, we might pause in quiet, try creative exercises, or practice simple ways to ease stress. Every step will be shaped by what feels right for you. Many approaches to therapy can feel impersonal leading you to feel overlooked and like “just another client”… I know that your journey is unique. My approach to healing is personal and collaborative, focusing on making sure you feel truly seen and heard every step of the way. We’ll work side by side to explore and create the life you deserve.
