My name is Beth Virgilio. I have over 20 years of experience in the field of mental health. I believe therapy should be as simple as a non judgmental conversation where clients can leave feeling open to new ideas. I have experience with all ages from young adult through geriatrics. I enjoy the opportunity to incorporate mindfulness strategies and to make goals feel more manageable. I am experienced in CBT and have done extensive work related to anxiety and panic disorder.
