I am in Central Standard Time (CST) and sessions are during evening and late night hours. If you do not see any openings that work for you, please let me know and I will see if I can do. Whether you are working towards enlightenment and insight or symptom-relief and improved function, my hope is that we can collaboratively work together to achieve it! Each session is based on where you are, not on a scheduled structure. **If you are looking for highly structured session or many worksheets, I may not be a good fit for you. I will give assignments; however generally, few if any worksheets unless you request them. ** Together we will set up goals for your personal needs and wants. I use Evidence-Based models. My main approach to healing is Person-Centered.
