B. Winnifred Cazeau

I, Winnifred Cazeau, known as “Ms. Winnie” began my career over 20 years ago after realizing helping people achieve their goals, dreams and basic needs in life is my (purpose) calling. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey. I am the owner and operator of Perfect Imperfection, LLC, “It’s not perfection, It’s direction.”, where I provide counseling, coaching, and training to individuals, families, and groups. I have a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Maryland in Child, Adolescent, and Family Health. I am licensed in both the State of Maryland (LCSW-C) and the District of Columbia (LICSW). I am also a John Maxwell Leadership Certified Trainer. I have worked as a crisis counselor, director of family preservation program, advocate, and clinical supervisor.
