Hello, I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC). I have experience working with people in crisis, trauma, survivors of domestic violence, PTSD, depression, anxiety, grief, and people dealing with suicidal ideations. My specialty is in depression and anxiety. I am eager and ready to work with all populations. I am diverse, compassionate, and openminded. I realize that change can be scary, and that asking for help takes immense courage. I hope to provide a space for clients to express past and present concerns while collaborating to identify the best coping skills and strategies to meet their individual goals. My goal is to make you feel heard, validated, and accepted. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you.
