Hello, my name is Ashley. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), in Florida with years of experience as a therapist. I have worked in broad range of concerns including troubled adolescence, anxiety, depression, anger management, bipolar disorder, PTSD, Mild Intellectual Disorder, long term-severe psychosis, gender identity, substance abuse, physical, emotional, and sexual abuse, self-esteem. Additionally, I have been working in the field of criminal justice and mental health for over 10+years assisting individuals and families connect with local community agencies who aide with home placements, mentally ill, suicide prevention, and substance abuse treatment. My counseling style is very collaborative, empathetic, mindful, and client-centered, with a direct and straightforward approach. I believe in treating everyone with respect and dignity but most importantly demonstrating compassion for all and being sensitive to the needs of others is a plus for me.
