It can be beneficial for anyone, including you. ——————— I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas who specializes in working with clients in the areas of depression, anxiety, self-esteem, relationship issues, and trauma (including domestic and sexual abuse). I also have experience with coping with life changes. I enjoy laughter, hence my sense of humor! However, I am very serious about my clients’ emotional, psychological, and social well-being. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I would like to assist you with obtaining insight, personal growth, and solutions.
