Postpartum and struggling with sadness? Feeling isolated or struggling to find the balance between being “mom” and who you were before becoming mom? I’m here to help and want you to know you are NOT alone! My goal is to come alongside you to learn what issues may be weighing you down and how we can work together to have you experiencing the joy you desire in your life. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who specializes in young adults and perinatal mental health including pregnancy, postpartum, and motherhood. I have over 12 years of experience in the mental health field including advocating for survivors of sexual assault, providing case management to young adults with serious mental illness, and serving in the field of adoption. For the last 5 years, I have concentrated on providing individual counseling and therapy at local non-profits and through private practice. I realize that life can be so chaotic as you’re pulled into multiple directions so my goal is not to add MORE to your “to-do” list, but to help you identify the strengths you already possess to achieve your goals.
