I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, trauma, abuse, parenting issues, motivation, self esteem, & confidence. I also have experience working with depression, self-harm, personality disorders, bipolar, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, suicidality, skill development, anger management, obsessive compulsion, identity development, body dysmorphia, eating disorders, mindfulness, and grounding techniques.
