I am a marriage and family therapist working in mental health for 21 years. I was born in west indies of Indian descent. I provide group therapy, individual therapy, couples therapy and family therapy. I have worked in the community and institutional settings which has given me a wide background of peoples and disorders. I use the client centered approach focusing on building trust and rapport with the belief that patients are the expert in their lives. I continue to treat depression, anxiety, grief, family dynamics and trauma. My goal is to aid in finding your personal strengths and resiliency for life long personal growth and problem solving.
