Anthony Russo

My name is Anthony Russo. I am a licensed professional counselor and a board certified addiction specialist. My specialities are working with individuals who suffer from depression, anxiety and addictions. My theoretical orientation is a solution focused based premise; that is, everyone has been successful at some point in their lives, whereby addiction, depression and/or anxiety was not a condition in their lives. I am interested in locating exceptions in one’s life, to which one can point to as having some sense of self-efficacy. I believe that we often under-estimate our own abilities and strengths; therefore , we never realize our full potential. Let me help you to be the best you can be and reach your full potential! Therapy takes time, effort and a refocus of our energies to more productive goals. One or two sessions will yield minimal, if any, results.
