I am a Professional Counselor licensed in Texas with 23 years of experience working as a therapist and life coach. I have worked with clients with a wide range of issues including depression, anxiety, panic attacks, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, ADHD, and attachment issues in children and adolescents. I am also licensed in clinical psychology as an LPA. My counseling style is informed, honest and direct. I won’t tell you what you want to hear to keep you as a client. I will tell you what you need to know. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I don’t believe in judging or lecturing anybody. That is not what therapy is about. If I don’t agree with you, or I feel you are making bad choices, I will tell you, without being judgemental. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral and humanistic counseling.
