Hi, I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arizona. I work with adults and teens (14+) who are dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, identity confusion, life transitions, relationship chaos, and all the lovely existential dread that comes with being a person in the world right now. Some of my specialties include traumatic brain injuries (TBI), domestic violence recovery, self-acceptance work, and figuring out who you are when everything feels like too much. I pull from CBT, DBT, and existential therapy—but let’s be real, therapy isn’t a one-size-fits-all thing. We’ll figure out what works for you. I bring humor, memes, and a little bit of internet culture into the mix, because therapy doesn’t have to be super formal to be meaningful. Sometimes you need deep emotional processing, and sometimes you need someone to say, “That’s a valid reaction to an absolutely unhinged situation.” If you’re burnt out, grieving something you can’t even name, tired of pretending you’re fine, or just trying to feel like yourself again—I got you.
