I have a Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health. I have been a practicing Licensed Professional Counselor in Wisconsin since 2007. I have worked with clients that have had a variety of concerns including depression, anxiety, challenging behaviors, parenting struggles, ADD/ADHD, Spectrum disorders, career challenges and trauma. I utilize play therapy techniques, mindfulness, trauma focused-cognitive behavior therapy, and other modalities based on my client’s needs. All of my approaches are tied together with my flexibility, creativity and sense of humor, which creates a positive therapeutic relationship. I am also very “real” with my clients when I need to be in order to facilitate self discovery/teachable moments/self reflection, etc. Confronting change is difficult, but I will do what I can to support and empower you through your life’s journey “Just because the process hurts doesn’t mean the results won’t be BEAUTIFUL” -unknown-
