Angela Novak

My name is Angie Novak and I am a licensed professional counselor in the state of Texas. I have 15 years of experience working with clients of all ages in several different settings and backgrounds. For human beings of all ages, mental and emotional well-being are crucial to building healthy relationships with self, family, friends, and peers. Often we experience events in our lives that challenge our ability to cope, especially when it appears overwhelming to handle. As a therapist, my job is to listen and meet you where you are; thereby creating a healthy, safe, therapeutic relationship. In building our relationship, we will work together to devise a plan for healing and developing personal strength. Through the therapeutic process, you can learn to grow emotionally and move forward with strength as you work to build a life of your choosing. Self awareness, personal insight and a renewed sense of direction are all possibilities through therapy. Think of therapy as a reset button that allows you to pause, reframe, so you can move forward.
