Dr. Angel Chavis

I am licensed in North Carolina with 5 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, motivation, self-esteem, and confidence. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I use a variety of modalities such as solution-focused approach, person-centered therapy and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT). The first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process. Therapy is a collaborative effort. We will work together as a team to develop the skills and strategies needed to cope with the challenges, transitions, and/or stressors that you may experience. My goal is to help encourage and empower you with the resources necessary to be self-aware and the best version of yourself.
