Being anxious about which direction you should take can be complicated and secluding. Difficulties in life can lead to feelings of uncertainty about your abilities and a loss of connection to who you are. Therapy can be an excellent tool to navigate these feelings in a safe and supportive environment. I believe the client holds the knowledge within of the best path forward and I feel honored to work in collaboration with clients to reconnect with themselves or find ways to let their true identity shine. I am licensed in South Carolina with 3 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, lgbtq+ related issues, motivation, self esteem, confidence, & depression. I also have experience working with coping with life changes. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. As someone who has struggled at times with my own issues of trauma, anxiety, depression, and identity, I can relate to client experiences and strive to create a collaborative, safe environment for growth.
