Andreina Bello

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor graduated from Troy University with over 10 years of experience. I have worked in a variety of settings, ranging from the homeless population of Central Florida, in-home therapy, schools and office settings. I have provided individual, family and couples counseling. I have focused on issues regarding depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, panic attacks and behavioral issues however I also have experience working with individuals dealing with substance abuse, dual diagnoses, phase of life problems, adjustment problems, abuse, trauma, low self esteem, relational problems, social skills, attention and concentration difficulties, parenting issues, among other issues of concern. I use a series of modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Client-Centered, solution-focused approach and family systems suited for each individual’s needs. I strive to create a compassionate, judgement-free atmosphere in every session. I believe everyone has the capacity to reach their full potential with the necessary tools. It just takes courage to acknowledge we all need a little help from the right people and the right places.
