I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with extensive experience supporting youth ages 6–19 in a county mental health setting. My approach is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based, tailored to meet each client where they are. I specialize in using the Community Resiliency Model (CRM), an evidence-based approach that helps individuals tune into their body’s signals and use grounding skills to navigate stress and emotional challenges. Through this model, clients learn practical tools to build resilience, regulate emotions, and feel more present in their daily lives. I believe in creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where youth can explore their experiences, build coping strategies, and strengthen their sense of self. My goal is to help each client develop the skills they need to move through life’s challenges with greater ease and confidence.
