I have background with working in a crisis and counseling center that aimed to assist domestic violence victims and those who were in a crisis. My passion is to assist those in achieving wellness through counseling and explore healthy coping skills to overcome anything that comes their way. If you’d like to find wellness, clarity, coping skills, hope, reignite your passions, improve your relationships, accomplish your goals, then I might just be the fit for you. I will help guide you in your process and provide you educational tools along your journey. Counseling is a journey with highs and lows and twist and turns. I cannot promise an easy fix.
