I am a clinical social worker licensed in New York, with over 30 years of clinical experience. I earned my master’s and doctorate degrees in social work from Adelphi University in New York State. I have worked with people from diverse backgrounds and a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, post traumatic stress, relationship problems, and parenting challenges. I also helped many people who have experienced trauma and abuse. My therapeutic philosophy is humanistic , person-centered, and strengths oriented. I do not believe in a “one size fits all” approach. I draw on many theories and integrate several practice models to best address the individual concerns of every client. I will work with you to tailor a treatment plan that fits your unique needs and preferences. If you decide to seek therapy or counseling, I look forward to working with you and helping you achieve your goals.
