Amy Powers

I am a licensed professional counselor with over 17 years of experience. I counsel individuals, couples and families using mainly cognitive behavioral therapy. I have worked with clients with a wide range of issues from depression and anxiety to bipolar and personality disorders. I have training in trauma focused counseling to deal with abuse and neglect issues as well. I feel it best to be warm and respectful, but also forward and to the point. I will tailor your treatment plan to focus on your specific needs. I will provide a safe and accepting environment so that you feel comfortable and open.
