I support adults, adolescents, couples, and families of all backgrounds, identities, and experiences, including LGBTQIA+ and kink communities. I specialize in marriage and family therapy, parenting/co-parenting, blended families, trauma-informed care, schema-focused therapy, and treating behavioral and substance use disorders. I also support individuals in managing stress, anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem, helping them navigate life’s challenges with compassion and understanding. I truly find joy in watching clients feel empowered as they make informed decisions that create positive change in their lives.
