About

I have experience working with children and teens struggling with anxiety, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, emotional regulation, behavioral challenges, social skills, self esteem, and life transitions. My goal is to create a warm, welcoming space where kids feel comfortable being themselves while learning the skills they need to navigate everyday challenges.

I believe therapy doesn't always have to look like sitting and talking! I incorporate play, games, creative activities, and evidence based approaches to help kids explore their emotions, build confidence, strengthen coping skills, and work through challenges in ways that feel natural and engaging. I tailor sessions to each child's individual needs, interests, and developmental level, making therapy both fun and meaningful.

I also value working closely with parents and caregivers to help support progress outside of sessions. Above all, I want kids to feel heard, understood, and supported while building the confidence and skills to grow!
