Amanda Irwin

I am licensed in Pennsylvania with 3 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, coping with grief and loss, & depression. Specifically, I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing therapy (EMDR) & Internal Family Systems (IFS), which are two evidence based treatment modalities that are shown to be beneficial with individuals who have experienced trauma. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you.
