Hello! I am licensed mental health counselor in the state of Indiana with over 13 years of professional work experience. I have extensive experience in helping clients who have experienced trauma and abuse, grief and loss, lacking motivation, low self esteem, and confidence, & depression/anxiety. My passion for helping others has offered me many opportunities to help children, families and adults through many life changes. Your personal goals are my sole focus and I enjoy using the skills I’ve developed over the years to offer you the stepping stones to a healthier, happier you. I am an LGBTQ+ ally and offer this population a safe, supportive and encouraging environment to focus on their mental health needs. I am skilled at trauma focused therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and several other approaches. I have seen success in using these approaches with many clients to help them move through difficult situations. I know that finding the right fit can be the hardest part of finding the right therapist. I have found that my “Down to Earth” approach helps new clients feel at ease and move quickly into the therapeutic relationship.
