I am licensed in Georgia with 10 years of professional work experience in mental health and 4 years as a therapist. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, relationship issues, family conflicts, trauma, abuse, motivation, & self esteem on an individual basis. I also have experience working with confidence. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I take great pride in being an accountability partner to my clients who need more of an assertive approach. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage.
