Hello, I am Alma Nicole Duarte, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California with over 6 years of experience in working with at-risk teens, adults, and families in a variety of situations from foster care, human trafficking, addictions, and homelessness. I believe in the power of relationships and how a therapeutic relationship can help you overcome many obstacles. I will meet you where you are at emotionally, and wait for the change to happen on your own terms. My approach is client-centered, genuine, nonjudgmental, and with an unconditional positive regard.
